Series, RT1000 and the Telxon 960 SL.
SuperPOSS 2002 interfaces with the AML handheld line.
SuperPOSS 2002 also interfaces with the Zebra QL320 portable label

How does SuperPOSS 2002 connect with the register?
SuperPOSS 2002 resides on a computer in a store's back office. There
can be up to five pieces in the chain allowing this computer to
communicate with the register:
Special PCI Communication Board---Null Modem---Quiet Cable---Register
Cable---Register Board for NCR 21xx
The NCR ScanMaster, Velocity, and ICL ISS45 are IP-based and connect
through the network.

Who installs the SuperPOSS 2002 software?
Installation is most commonly done by the dealer or wholesaler.
MEISolutions directly offers two methods of installation: On-Site
Installation and ShrinkWrap. ShrinkWrap involves shipping the hard
drive to MEISolutions' Corporate Office, where the Technical Support
Department installs the SuperPOSS 2002 software to your specifications,
and the hard drive is shipped to the store location.

Technical support for SuperPOSS is offered several ways.
Value Added Resellers like wholesalers and cash register dealers
sometimes act as the first-line technical support for stores. Their
hours vary.
Through MEISolutions, technical support is offered on a support
contract or on a per-call basis.
Basic Technical Support Contract Hours: 5am to 5pm Pacific Standard
Time, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Extended Technical Support Contract Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.
Per-Call/Non-Contract Support Hours: 5am to 5pm Pacific Standard
Time, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

How much does Technical Support cost?
Technical Support fees are as follows:
$950 per year with a three-year agreement, payable annually
$1,100 per year with a two-year agreement, payable annually
$1,200 per year with a one-year agreement
$1,450 per year for Unix users
$1,650 per year for 24x7 coverage
Per-Call charges are $250 to open the call, plus $40 for every 15
minutes. Per-call charges are prepaid by MasterCard or Visa
only.

What's the difference between SuperPOSS 2002
and FutureFront?
SuperPOSS 2002 is Backoffice software only, while FutureFront is
a seamless combination of Frontend and Backoffice software. While
SuperPOSS 2002 is limited in register interfaces, FutureFront can
adapt to almost any Frontend hardware. The Backoffice functionalities
of SuperPOSS 2002 and FutureFront are similar.
