Standard Support Contract
One-year, Two-Year or Three-year contracts are available.

Extended Support
Extended Support is offered as an option to the Standard Support Contract.

Time & Material Support
For customers who don’t have a current Support contract, there is a $250.00 charge per incident plus, an additional $40.00 per quarter hour charge.

Installation/Configuration of Application Software and Hardware
